Preparing your life for the birth of a child, can be a confusing and emotional time, as well as being a joyful experience, for both mums and dads-to-be. Here at Lark Children's Centre we can offer services and activities from your earliest days of pregnancy through to your child's first days at school. We can offer smoking cessation advice for those wanting to quit smoking before and during pregnancy, and Antenatal Appointments with a community midwife.
We aim to invite all mums and dads to Great Expectations at 28 weeks of pregnancy. This is the new look flyer that along with an invitation to join us, will be in your booking pack from your appointed midwife. Here you can ask all those questions you really wanted the answer to, but were afraid to ask, as well as getting tips and advice from the Health professionals.
If you have just found out about us and have had your baby, Congratulations! We can offer breast-feeding support at our Latch On group, a chance to learn Baby Massage, and we have Baby Gym for when your baby is older than 8 weeks.
We also run groups for when your child reaches toddler age, as with all our groups, should you have any questions please fell free to call us on 01752 313293.
